I have been running since 1984. Some of my times include a 39 minute 10km (1986), 47 minute 12km (1986), 1:28 Half (1989), 3:42 marathon (1986) and a heap of triathlons and half marathons. I have had some highs and lows with running and at the moment I am really enjoying it a lot, especially through the Cool Runners I have met. I am now happy to run at the back of the pack and just be the best I can for the level I am now at. I am married to Jenny with two children Nick (1993) and Ali (1996).
